Hello, I'm Tiersa — Certified, Senior HR Professional, Master Trainer, Coach and Speaker.
For nearly 20 years, I’ve lived at the intersection of HR, Leadership, and Culture—helping organizations transform the way they lead, serve, and show up for their people.
From luxury hospitality to corporate environments across the Caribbean and U.S., I’ve spent my career coaching leaders, developing managers, and shaping workplace cultures where people don’t just work—they thrive.
My passion is simple: to help organizations unlock the potential of their people and build cultures that elevate performance, deepen engagement, and strengthen the customer and client experience.

Proud to be an Autism Mom Advocate for the cause working with several organisations like the Organisation of Autism Research (OAR) teaching children how to be K.I.N.D to children on the spectrum. I'm also a Certified RBT that also provides ABA therapy to families.
