The following are the exclusive property of Impactful Imprints, whether shared on the Website, in a session, through Payhip, or in any other format:

  • Leadership and training frameworks and program names, including Mastering the Art of Leadership™, The Driving & Delivering Service Excellence Framework™, Leading in Alignment, and The Leadership Complement.
  • Training materials, including slide decks, facilitator guides, participant workbooks, case scenarios, activities, and exercises.
  • Worksheets, templates, toolkits, and handouts, including those sold through our Payhip shop.
  • The HR Compass desk calendar, including its prompts, text, design, and layout.
  • Online courses, including videos, audio, lessons, and quizzes.
  • Written content, including articles, blog posts, #HardTruthsHR content, social media posts, and keynote material.
  • Videos, photographs, graphics, logos, and brand elements.

What Is Protected


DISC assessments and related reports delivered by Impactful Imprints are provided under a facilitation license with Maxwell Leadership. Maxwell DISC content, assessment instruments, and report formats remain the property of their owners and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed. Participants may keep their personal DISC report for their own development.

Impactful Imprints, The HR Compass, #HardTruthsHR, our program names, logos, and taglines are trademarks of Impactful Imprints. You may not use them in a way that suggests endorsement, affiliation, or sponsorship without written permission.

  • View and share links to Website pages and social media posts.
  • Quote short passages with clear credit to "Tiersa Hall, Impactful Imprints Training & Consulting" and a link to tiersahall.com.
  • Use purchased products for your own personal or internal professional use, as allowed under our Terms and Conditions.
  • Keep and use handouts and action plans provided to you as a participant, for your own development.

What You May Do

  • Reproduce, copy, or distribute our materials, in print or digital form.
  • Use our frameworks, activities, or materials to train, coach, or facilitate for others.
  • Adapt, rebrand, translate, or create derivative works from our content.
  • Record, photograph, or screen-capture training or coaching sessions.
  • Upload our materials to internal learning platforms, shared drives, or public websites.
  • Use our content to train artificial intelligence tools or models.

What You May Not Do Without Written Permission

When we deliver training or consulting to an organization, materials created specifically for that client are handled as set out in the signed service agreement. Our underlying frameworks, methods, and training content remain the property of Impactful Imprints unless the agreement expressly states otherwise. Continued or repeat use of our training materials requires a new engagement or a written license.

To request permission to use our materials, or to ask about organizational or train-the-trainer licensing, contact thall@tiersahall.com. Include what you want to use, how, and for how long.


Requesting Permission or a License

If you believe our content is being used without permission, or that content on our Website infringes your rights, contact thall@tiersahall.com with:

  • A description of the work involved.
  • Where the material appears (a link or location).
  • Your contact information.
  • A statement that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to act on the owner's behalf.

We reserve the right to take legal action against unauthorized use of our intellectual property.
