Behavioral assessment results, such as DISC reports, are used only to support your development and the program you are enrolled in. Individual results are shared with you. When your employer sponsors a program, we may share individual or group results with designated contacts at that organization as agreed in the engagement, and we will tell participants at the start of the program what will be shared.

Comments, experiences, and discussions shared during sessions are treated as confidential. Post-training reports summarize themes and observations and do not attribute personal comments to named individuals unless you agree.

Assessments may be delivered through licensed third-party platforms, which process your responses under their own privacy policies.
