These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of tiersahall.com (the "Website") and any products, online courses, digital downloads, and services offered by IMPACTFUL IMPRINTS LLC doing business as Impactful Imprints Training & Consulting ("Impactful Imprints," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Website or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

You may use the Website for lawful, personal, and professional purposes. You agree not to:

  • Copy, scrape, or redistribute Website content except as allowed in our Copyright & Intellectual Property Notice.
  • Interfere with the Website's security or operation.
  • Submit false, misleading, or harmful information.
  • Use the Website to send spam or unauthorized advertising.

Use of the Website


Training, coaching, consulting, keynote, facilitation, and assessment services are provided under a separate written proposal or service agreement. If that agreement conflicts with these Terms, the signed agreement controls for that engagement.

Services


Our digital products, including downloadable resources, templates, worksheets, and online courses, are sold through our Payhip shop. When you buy through Payhip:

  • Payhip processes your payment and delivers your download or course access.
  • Payhip's own terms of service and privacy policy also apply to your transaction.
  • All prices are listed in [CURRENCY, e.g. US dollars] and may change without notice. The price at checkout is the price you pay.
  • Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout.
  • Physical products, such as The HR Compass desk calendar, are subject to the shipping and delivery details shown at the time of purchase.


Digital Products and Payhip Purchases

When you purchase a digital product, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it for your own personal or internal professional use. Unless a product states otherwise, you may not:

  • Share, resell, or distribute the product or your login access.
  • Upload it to shared drives, learning platforms, or websites accessible to others.
  • Use it to deliver training or services to third parties.
  • Remove copyright notices or branding.

Organizations that want to use materials with a team or across a company must purchase a team or organizational license by contacting us.

License for Digital Products


Course access is for the individual purchaser only. Access lasts for [12 months or agreed specified period unless stated otherwise. We may update, reorganize, or retire course content. If a course is retired, we will give reasonable notice where possible.


Online Courses

Because digital products are delivered immediately, all sales of digital downloads are final once the file has been accessed or downloaded. For online courses, refund requests made within 7 days of purchase and before 20% of content is accessed will be considered. Refunds for live services follow the cancellation terms in your service agreement. Refund requests should be sent to thall@tiersahall.com

Refunds

Behavioral assessments, including DISC, are tools for self-awareness and development. They are not psychological diagnoses, and results should not be the sole basis for hiring, promotion, discipline, or termination decisions.
