As the Founder and CEO of Impactful Imprints, Tiersa brings more than 20 years of experience across Human Resources, Leadership Development, Hospitality, and Organizational Culture. She has worked with organizations throughout the Caribbean and internationally, helping leaders bridge the gap between where their teams are and where they aspire to be.
A dynamic and engaging speaker, Tiersa is known for delivering impactful conversations on leadership, employee engagement, toxic workplace culture, generational dynamics, neurodiversity, and organizational transformation. Beyond the stage, Tiersa is also a passionate advocate for inclusion and neurodiversity awareness. As a mother of autistic twins and founder of K.I.N.D. (Keen On Inclusion, Not Division), she works to create greater understanding, acceptance, and support for children and individuals with special needs both in communities and within workplaces.
