I recently completed a two-day transformational leadership training with the leadership team of Ports Authority. The experience combined psychological awareness, modern leadership frameworks, and practical application to strengthen how leaders think, communicate, and influence their teams.
This session focused on elevating internal and external awareness, understanding evolving leadership styles, and navigating generational and work-style differences. By the end, leaders were fully engaged—asking deeper questions, challenging perspectives, and committing to intentional steps forward.
A powerful reminder that when leaders are willing to grow, the impact is lasting.
