I’m taking a moment to celebrate with The Hartling Group who recently hosted a dinner ceremony honoring their very first Level 2 Leadership Program Graduates🎉👏🏼
We facilitated our Leveraging Leadership program which is the next step up from our entry level Leadership Program known as Rising Leaders. At this level leaders are developing higher levels of emotional intelligence and solving real challenges and situations through thought provoking discussion and training objectives over the course or 8 weeks. The best part of this program is the finale where each leader was challenged to prepare and deliver a speech on their experience and to demonstrate their leadership capabilities and work on a final project that will secure leadership legacy for the organization.
Leaders should never shy away from speaking and it is the ability to speak eloquently and handle impromptu conversation is where great ground is gained in relationship building. The team also voted Sharon Purser the most impactful and participative speaker and I was happy to honor her with a copy of our best selling book “Culture Impact: Strategies to create world changing workspaces”
I am so very proud of the speeches delivered. We had funny moments, emotional ones and I witnessed leaders really dig deep to overcome their fears and discover the amazing gift that was already within!
Anyone can have training but the enthusiasm exuded by this company to create programs at every level of leadership is something to be recognized and is where culture advantage truly begins. Thank you to GMs Mona, Jeff and Naji for your continued support and leadership. Thank you to CEO Dr. @Stan Hartling who is always visible and invested at every level. To Danitra Clare Assoc CIPD Group Director for the amazing collaborative efforts we have been able to accomplish.
To the graduates, I can’t put into words what an honor it has been to see you grow. Let the growth continue! Leverage your new found skills and MAKE MAJOR IMPACT!
