Senior HR Professionals should prioritize securing Training and Development for their Managers and Supervisors. This will help alleviate the added burden they experience having to provide leadership support to them where lacking and allows them to focus on their neutral role as HR.

Managers who prioritize mastering conflict skills increase relationship building, prevent deep rooted conflict and can increase communication and guide their team members into higher level of productivity
